Welcome to Wu Tai Chi Chuan
 
Known as the moving meditation , the Tai Chi long form is a series of slow, controlled movements, developing strength, balance, posture, and calm.
One of the original forms of Tai Chi, Wu Tai Chi Chuan can be practiced at any age and physical ability.
The form is taught by individual instruction as well as group work. This is an excellent form for stretching, building up strength and energy, and de-stressing. Suitable for those recovering from sports or other injuries.
